Join this new upscale, fine dining restaurant in Brooklyn overlooking the waterfront serving hand-made pasta,
seafood and dishes from Italy using the finest ingredients. Experience living and training in New York City!
In addition to the flagship restaurant in Mayfair, London, Cecconi’s has outposts in West Hollywood, Miami,
Istanbul, Barcelona, Berlin and in London. The restaurant does 400 covers lunch time, 500+ for dinner. The
numbers go higher to 1200-1400 all day during the weekends.

Position: 1 year job as demi chef de partie in Garde Manger, Sauce/Soup station, Pasta station.

Salary: 16 dollars per hour
Uniforms: We will supply the chef coat, pants, and aprons.
You need to bring your own black hat, non-slip shoes and knives.
Family Meals – we provide family meals at two times per day and depending on shift worked: 10:30am, and
4pm (at some, late night 12am)

Requirements for J1-visa: 5 years of work experience.
